Prokhorenko rnazirov@esoc1.iki.rssi.ru Space Research Institute (IKI) Russian Academy of Sciences The problems of the orbital situation analysis are discussed in this paper as a foundation of the multisatellite missions and campaigns. longterm planning. The INTERBALL mission and its participation in the IACG Campaign 1 are presented as examples (see World Wide Web home pages: http://www.iki.rssi.ru/vprokhor/amisan.htm, http://www.iki.rssi.ru/vprokhor/camp.htm) The Tools being developed and the expiriance of its usage for solving the problems mentioned above can be used during planning of the other Space Missions and Campaign. The Inter-Agency Consultative Group (IACG) in the Campaign 1 on Magnetotail Energy Flow and Non-linear Dynamics (coordinated by James Green) has joined 4 missions: GEOTAIL (NASA, ISAS Japan), INTERBALL TAIL (IKI - RKA), IMP8 (NASA), WIND (NASA). The comprehensive investigations include wide net of the Ground Based Stations. Many participances take part in the missions planning and realization.
