Engineering Aspects of Russia and USA Co-operation in the Field of Deep-Space Tracking Networks. Experimental Results. Eugenyi P. Molotov Sukhanov@mouse.berc.rssi.ru RISDE, MOSCOW Abstract: Only two global deep-space tracking networks are operating now in the world: in Russia and in the USA. Although the Russian and American networks solve similar tasks on implementation of the deep-space vehicles control, the aids of these networks have got no technical compatibility present obstacles to their. These differencies are caused mainly by the peculiarities in the combined usage in interests of international co-operation. It is shown in the report the manner, in which the collaboration of Russia and the USA in the deep-space. The ways how to organize the Russian-American co-operation on the deep-space investigation and how to reach the technical compatibility of the tracking network aids and needed infrast- ructures are shown in the report. Also are presented the results of experimental sessions of TM data reception from the USA space- craft "Voyager" by the Russian station in Ussuriisk which was additionally equipped with necessary equipment as well as the results of Doppler measurements sessions.
